Acts 19:10 says it took 2 years to share Christ to everyone in the province of Asia. There were approximately 8-12 million people living there during that time and it wasn’t the Bible belt where a lot had already heard about Jesus. So how could Paul share the gospel with millions in only 2 years without radio, TV, internet, or social media.
He didn’t do it by himself. Every believer shared the gospel.
All those who are new creations in Christ have been entrusted with the message of reconciliation (the gospel). We all have the ministry of reconciliation. We are Christ’s ambassadors…He’s making His appeal through us (2 Corinthians 5:17-21).
I did some rough math. There are about 125,000 people in Saline County and studies show about 75,000 at minimum don’t have a relationship with Christ. A quick internet search revealed at least 110 churches in the county. If only the pastors of those churches led one person to Christ each day, it would take over two years to reach 75,000 people. However, if the estimated 50,000 believers in Saline county each shared Christ with one person a day, the almost 2 million people who don’t know Christ in the whole state of Arkansas could be reached with the gospel in about a month.
That’s the power of evangelism multiplication!
