There’s always a gospel opportunity around every corner!

This morning as I was walking, a guy appeared and started walking about 100 yards in front of me. Immediately the Holy Spirit said pray for him. I did. I started walking faster in hopes I would catch up to him. Eventually I did and said, “This might sound crazy, but I’ve been praying for you for about 10 minutes. Everything okay?” He stopped, teared up, and said, “How did you know? I’m walking because my fiancé and me just got in a big fight.”

I asked if I could pray for him. Afterwards, I said, “ I know someone who can fix your marriage and everything else in your life.” I shared Jesus with him and David from El Dorado gave his life to Jesus!!!

Funny how God put a man from El Dorado on the same street walking with a man from Pine Bluff in a city neither were from in Hot Springs! He always arranges things like that…if we are aware, obedient, and bold. Now David has a new name, new beginning, new life, new home in heaven, and a new hope for marriage, life, and everything else – Jesus!

Challenge:
Share Jesus with the next person you see. Go ahead, stalk and pray for them a few minutes on the road or grocery store aisle and let the Holy Spirit begin to soften their heart to receive the gospel. Maybe He needs to awaken your heart to the gospel once again! You’ll be glad you did.
