One of the guys I shared the gospel with while serving on the marriage cruise was Jhoormuk from the island of Mauritius (off the coast of Madagascar). He has a Hindu background. All I could think about was, “If he is saved, the Lord could use it to start a revival on the whole island!” He took care of our cabin all week. At the end of the week, I wrote him a card and wrote several Scriptures on it about how to be saved and have a relationship with Jesus. People who work on cruise ships are usually treated horribly by those who are cruising. My hope was that as I got to pray with him, tip him well, and share Jesus with him the kindness of the Lord would lead him to repentance. I pray he hasn’t been able to get Jesus off his mind! Would you stop and pray for Jhoormuk today?
